Legacy 2 is a Lineage 2 High Five server that runs on its own hybrid client. We spent months merging the best of three versions into one game:

  • Interlude: simplicity. The clean, easy-to-learn feel that made Interlude one of the most played versions ever. No clutter, no endless systems, just the game.
  • High Five: zones, monsters and skills. The upgraded areas, mobs and skills of High Five. This is our base, and the heart of everything you do in Aden.

High Five is where Lineage II reached its full world: the zones, the monsters and the skills players still talk about today. That is why Legacy 2 is a High Five server at heart. On top of that base we kept the simplicity of Interlude, so a new player can learn the game in one evening, and a veteran feels at home from the first step.

Why you download the full client

Because the Legacy 2 client is new, you can't patch an old Interlude, High Five or Classic folder. The Legacy 2 launcher downloads the complete client, installs it and keeps it up to date. One download, nothing else to set up, and every player runs exactly the same files.
