The wait is almost over. After months of building, testing and fine-tuning, Legacy 2 opens its gates in Q1 2027. This is Lineage II Classic 3.5 as you remember it, fully remastered, and made for players who want the real thing: a fair fight, a living world and a server worth calling home.

Built by players, for players

Legacy 2 is a free, non-commercial community server. There is no item shop, no donate coins and nothing for sale that changes the game. Every item, every enchant and every level is earned in game, the same way for everyone. What you hold is what you fought for.

A world tuned zone by zone

Forget rates multiplied until nothing matters. There is no standard XP multiplier on Legacy 2. Progression is tuned zone by zone, so every stage of the adventure is worth playing, from your first steps to your 3rd class at level 76.

  • Six races, 34 classes: Human, Elf, Dark Elf, Orc, Dwarf and Kamael.
  • Four Journeys: story chapters that unlock as you level, from Fallen Frontier (Lv. 8 to 26) to The Awakening (Lv. 72 to 76).
  • Grand Bosses: Queen Ant, Core, Orfen, Zaken, Baium, Antharas and the Frintezza instance.

The endgame is ready

  • Castle sieges: Giran Castle and Goddard Castle, every Sunday from 20:00 to 22:00 server time. The first siege takes place two weeks after opening, so start building your clan now.
  • Grand Olympiad: every Friday and Saturday from 20:00 to 00:00 server time, with a monthly Hero cycle.
  • Rankings: PvP, PK, level and clan rankings, live on the website from day one.

What to expect on launch day

  • Name reservation: character names can be reserved during the 48 hours before launch. The best names go fast.
  • Launcher: available to download before opening, so you can install early and skip the rush.
  • Exact dates: the Open Beta and Grand Opening dates are announced here in the News and in the newsletter first.

  2. Create your game account in your dashboard and protect it with two-factor authentication.
  3. Join the newsletter to hear the launch date before anyone else.
  4. Bring your party. When a friend you invite reaches level 40, you both receive 50 Legacy Coins.
